Carmel Solutions Inc. (CSI) Booth 225), a provider of a broad spectrum of back-office management solutions for telecom, has opened an East Coast office for its technical operations and sales. This is the first East Coast office the Oceanside, Calif., company has opened since it was founded in 1990.
We are very pleased to expand our operations to both coasts, providing an ever higher level of support capability to our customer base, in addition to building the foundation for our future, says CSI President James Hansen. We have wanted an East Coast presence for Carmel Solutions for a number of years.
In August, CSI opened the new office in Orlando to provide rating, billing and settlement operations as well as support for the companys sales group. Shirley Sobotka, director of technical services, is heading up the Florida office, which gives CSI greater presence for its nationwide clientele of telecom resellers and carriers.
Carmel Solutions provides billing solutions from rating to invoice delivery both through its service bureau solution and its turnkey TELEPRO line of back-office management software and servers. Also included in the product line are credit and collections, revenue and cost auditing, accounting, business planning, and data mining for marketing.
