RPM Software (Booth 718), the leading provider of channel management solutions to the telecommunications industry, is announcing improved automation features in its forthcoming release.
Code-named Phoenix, RPM v3.7 will offer users the ability to populate automatically order forms, client proposals, contracts such as NDAs and agent agreements, as well as creating a larger variety of custom reports on the fly.
With this new release, any information in RPM can be used to autopopulate any form. Agents then can print the form, get a customer signature and fax the completed order to the carrier. In addition, customized proposals can be created with any type of branding for client presentation.
For management, RPM now will offer the ability to create many different kinds of reports for data analysis and decision-making, including sales forecasting, trending, sales-conversion ratios and performance reports.
With v3.7, an RPM customer will be able to receive commission statements automatically from any other RPM customer. They will no longer have to log on to a Web site, download commission reports and then upload data. Every month, commission statements from other master agents or carriers using RPM will be available for automatic processing.
In addition to supporting more than 300 different service providers, RPM Software now lists some 50 master agencies as customers, making it one of the most widely deployed applications for the agent channel.
RPMs fully managed and hosted service maintains approximately 3,000 agencies, 60,000 customer accounts and more than $240 million in annual telecom sales.
