ATI (Booth 101) is turning agents into cover girls and guys with its booth promotion at The Channel Partners Conference & Expo this week. A photographer will be on hand during booth hours to take photos of agent attendees. Their photographs will be superimposed on the cover of PHONE+ magazine, and available immediately for agents to take home and display in their offices.
We want to give the agents the respect they deserve, says ATI CEO David Singer, noting the value of ATIs exclusive channel.
The promotion is a fun way to reinforce the companys Wealth-Care initiative launched in spring 2004 to help agents build a better quality of life for themselves, says Singer. Under the program, ATI handles all customer service so agents can sell more and also spend more time doing things they want to do.
A key component of the program is WealthPoints. In addition to regular commissions, bonuses and promotions, agents earn points for each account that can be traded for perks. The number of points earned is equal to 10 percent of the average between the customers second and third months billing amount. Earned points can be redeemed for awards that include appliances, entertainment, dining, vacations and even a car lease. In all, there are more than 1,800 incentives offered. Agents can check and redeem points via an interactive Web site. Examples of incentives available using WealthPoints will be on display in the ATI booth.
