Global Crossing today unveiled its new Platinum Channel Partner Program for agents targeting enterprises and IP deployments.
The carrier says the program offers an aggressive commission plan, quick turnaround on pricing requests, a self-service portal, marketing help, and funding and incentives. The company also says it is being selective about which entities it adds to the new program.
“Our partners’ success is critical to our own, and we’re fine tuning our Global Channel Partner Services to better align with partners who share our vision on IP convergence,” says Anthony Christie, Global Crossing’s chief marketing officer. “In exchange for genuine business commitment, we deliver the high-level solutions, services and support they need to gain market share and execute on their business goals.”
Platinum Channel Partners also receive support from Global Crossings Partner Support Center, which handles back-office tasks.
“Global Crossing exceeds our expectations in almost every critical measurement of performance,” says Rick Dellar, cofounder of Intelisys and a Platinum Channel Partner. “They’re performing flawlessly for our top performing sales partners.
“Convergence is happening on every front in addition to IP convergence, we’re also seeing the convergence of distribution channels, adds Vince Bradley, president and CEO of World Telecom Group. The new Platinum program has enabled us to be extremely competitive in all areas of our business, which makes it unique in our program.
