InterCall Inc. (Booth 502) at The Channel Partners Conference & Expo this week is promoting its conferencing services, some of which it acquired through the June 3 purchase of Sprints (Booths 212-214) conferencing assets.
As part of that deal, Sprint and InterCall entered into an alliance to jointly market and sell conferencing services. InterCall will continue to provide its customers with high-quality audio, Web, video and event conferencing solutions and continue to grow as a part of this acquisition.
The first step in this partnership is the integration of the PCS to Audio Conferencing feature, which will be available soon. For a small monthly service fee, Sprint PCS customers will be able to dial into an audio conference call provided by InterCall on their Sprint PCS phones and the minutes used for the call will not count against their monthly subscriptions.
InterCall resellers and agents have the opportunity to work with and benefit from a company that has become the largest conferencing specialist in the world. InterCall gained market share in the conferencing industry with the recent Sprint acquisition, further expanding its conferencing base.
