Sigma Software Solutions today unveiled a dual customer care and billing platform that helps VoIP wholesalers and resellers networks better work together.
The twin package of Sigma OmniCare for VoIP Wholesalers and OmniCare for VoIP Resellers manages customer, order and revenue information on the same platform across multiple service partners. Because provider partners often run on different platforms, increasing the risk for operations problems, Sigma says it designed the OmniCare pair to give wholesalers and resellers a way to interoperate from the start.
The platforms reduce order fallout and revenue leakage, Sigma says, and support fast service introductions.
