RollCall Business Conferencing, a division of ILD Telecommunications Inc., has enhanced its conferencing platform, and is enticing agents and resellers to bring all their business to the company.
Changes to the platform include the ability to replicate dial prompts and other providers PINs. ILD says new call flow emulation lets resellers and agents replicate dial prompts when transitioning to RollCalls audio and Web platform, without impacting end users.
The flexibility we gain in supporting multiple call flows is key critical in the conferencing business, says Randy Lemmo, director of RollCall operation, adding the company provides its wholesale partners the ability to transition to a reliable conferencing provider, without any disruption to their customer base.
Another enhancement allows partners to replicate PINs of other conferencing providers. Channel partners owning a toll-free access number now can transition their customers, ILD says.
RollCall also is offering incentives to resellers and agents who transition all their business to the company. The bonus incentive plan is paid within two billing cycles of new service delivery and is calculated based on the level of traffic delivered.
