Trinsic Inc., which used to be UNE-P wholesaler ZTel, says it has added two major clients in New York City to its roster of IP voice and data services users. Trinsic started providing IP services for businesses earlier this year.
The provider says it has signed a three-year, $250,000 term agreement with Weston United Community Renewal Inc., a Harlem-based nonprofit organization that works with the homeless. Weston will use Trinsics Advanced ONE Solution, which includes high-speed Internet access, local and long-distance services. Weston also has chosen Trinsics INconnect service to operate with more than 100 IP phones among seven locations.
Trinsic also has signed Thacher Proffitt, a Wall Street law firm that serves the financial services industry. The firm maintains offices throughout the United States; Trinsic will implement a fully IP system so the law firm saves money.
