Master agency World Telecom Group (WTG) (Booth 220) has launched an online support system for its agents, providing an efficient way to support business management and growth.
WTG has worked closely through our development process with Salestream to incorporate our agents need for ease and speed, resulting in an experience that all agents will embrace, says Vince Bradley, president of WTG. More specifically, the look of the quotes is proposal quality, which will enable our agents to be incredibly efficient in their sales.
WTG says the system allows for online quote requests, resulting in multiple provider quotes. The information is packed into e-mailable, customer-ready, agent-branded proposals. The system lets users organize contact management and track all quote progress, and commission tracking and reporting also is built in.
