Wholesale provider Volo Communications Inc. said today at the CompTel/ASCENT Spring 2005 Convention & Expo in New Orleans it has signed deals with a number of international companies who will offer their customers VoIP services using Volos VoiceOne broadband voice technology.
Several CLECs, IXCs, cable and wireless operators, ISPs and resellers in the U.K., Canada and Russia will be the first outside of the United States to offer VoiceOne to their users.
"The choice to move into Canada, U.K. and Russia was driven by our new carrier customers’ needs. However, we’re getting overwhelming interest for our VoiceOne solution from other countries and expect to be moving into additional, new foreign markets very soon, says Volo Founder and CEO Shawn Lewis.
Volo owns its own technologies, applications, and billing and provisioning systems, so customers can offer private-label branding and sign their users quickly.
"The big, one-stop-shop providers just can't keep up with this pace of change." goo.gl/fb/Ew3Lq2
