OSG Billing Services has announced an agreement to manage invoice presentment and distribution services for DPI Teleconnect, a provider of prepaid home telephone service in 42 states.
OSG Billing Services is providing invoice consultation services and new capabilities for design, electronic composition, printing and mailing for DPI Teleconnect. This equips DPI Teleconnect with increased messaging resources and highlight color capabilities to emphasize important information. They also can take advantage of OSG Billing Services online invoice management tools. OSG Insight allows DPI Teleconnect to monitor the invoice process securely on the Web and OSG View provides customer service staff with an online view of invoice PDFs.

Because of service constraints with their previous billing vendor, DPI needed to meet a two-week turnaround deadline to have them up and running, which we did with no interruption to their customer base, says Ron Whaley, vice president of sales and marketing for OSG Billing Services. They were also utilizing preprinted paper; now they have the freedom to change things on the fly because of their dynamically composed invoices.
