VoIP equipment company sentitO Networks (Booth 811) recently raised $28.5 million in new funding. That includes a $19 million Series C round led by Kodiak Venture Partners and a $9.5 Series D round led by Core Capital Partners.
The company, which now has raised total funding of $53.5 million, will use the new money to expand sales and marketing initiatives.
sentitOs Open Network Xchange, which delivers enhanced voice services across all kinds of networks, is based on the companys ElasticEdge technology. ONX offers integrated, SIP-based control of SS7/C7 intermachine trunk and ISDN PRI links, and customizable XML scripting.
In other recent news from sentitO, the company has tapped Rejsh Tyagi to be senior vice president of product management and customer engineering, and Tony Zacher to be vice president of marketing.
