RPM Software (Booth 512) will initiate a user group for its leading agent channel application, thanks to customer suggestions. The first user group meeting is scheduled at The Channel Partners Conference & Expo. This venue will allow agency executives, managers, reps and back-office support personnel to offer direct feedback to those chiefly responsible for product development, learn about the best practices, see how other organizations are adding value with RPM and develop new relationships with others in the agent community. Participants also will have an opportunity to gain insight into future product roadmaps, feature sets and offer suggestions based on their own strategic objectives. The user group will be led by Jade Ohlhauser, RPMs lead product manager, and is open to all RPM customers, users and interested parties.
While this will mark the first formal user group, RPM has maintained a close relationship with some of its early adopter customers in beta-testing new releases and product development planning. Chief among these are the master agencies Intelisys and NetGain Communications.
RPM Software now lists 23 master agencies as customers, making it the most widely deployed application for the agent channel. RPM is offered as a hosted service, and manages from its servers approximately 1,300 agencies, 24,000 customer accounts and over $150 million in annual telecom sales.
