Optivon is rolling out its suite of Advanced Call Management services for U.S. businesses at The Channel Partners Conference & Expo, where the company also is an event sponsor.
According to the company, Advanced Call Management Services combines Optivons expertise in personally assisted calls with a VoIP platform and friendly technology for unified management of voice mails and e-mails.

All are enabled through Web-based portals using a voice-over-IP platform.
Service Dispatch features a service ticket reporting system, and Contact Center includes a sophisticated customer relationship management system.
