Access One Inc. (Booths 403, 405) announced it has added conference calling to its product portfolio available for sale through agents.
Phase one of this product rollout will include reservationless audio conferencing. This will allow customers to host impromptu or schedule calls with their own dedicated moderator and participant passcodes. Phase two will include the introduction of a Web-based conferencing application. As a complement to audio conferencing, Web conferencing will allow users to host presentations and share applications.
Access One conference calling services are being offered at a competitive per-minute rate, bundled with voice, data and Internet service on one invoice. As with all AOI products, conferencing customers will be supported by the same customer service team. The companys round-the-clock support center has people answering the phones from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CDT).
