Total Call International, a provider of telecommunication services, has created a new product line of B2B solutions that it is launching nationally. The company says the product line — made up of dedicated voice and Internet, integrated voice and data, business SDSL and audio conferencing — meets all the voice and data needs of small, medium and large businesses.
Total Call International also offers its agents a range of products backed by agreements with all T1 carriers.
"The feedback we received from our agents and their business customers prompted us to develop a set of solutions that can be combined and manipulated in multiple ways, and yet remain affordable," says Danny Ing, president of Total Call International. "There didn’t seem to be any solutions out there that were flexible enough for our customers, so we came up with a customizable product line that focuses on what they both need and want. This new B2B line also greatly benefits our agents as they win on both fronts. They pocket a very aggressive commission and keep their business customers satisfied."
