The program starts with new enhancements to the TNCI Services Portfolio, including the Spring 2004 launch of new TNCI Local Solutions using the UNE platform. Now, TNCI Agent Partners can deliver both local and long-distance services over the same line and on one bill.
TNCI’s new billing platform also allows customers to manipulate data online. In addition, new state-of-the-art agent partner automation and business management tools give TNCI agent partners exclusive access to the data needed to succeed.
