Technologies Management Inc. (TMI Booth 710) is offering expanded publications to help telecom services providers with customer and consumer obligations that states and the FCC now require.
The available titles are: Carrier Recurring Customer Notice Requirements which, along with support reference information, provides recurring customer notice requirements in electronic format; Credit, Billing and Disconnection Rules Handbook details how to bill and collect for services provided by local, toll and operator service companies; and Preferred Carrier Change Requirements helps carriers prevent unauthorized carrier changes, and provides rules, processes and penalties in place at the FCC and in each state.
TMI’s Telecommunications Funds Matrix lays out state and federal universal service and similar funds applicable to local and interexchange carriers. Carriers can identify which funds affect their operations, which contributions need to be tariffed and which surcharges need to be shown as separate line items on the end user’s bill. The matrix is deeply discounted for carriers currently using TMI’s full Compliance Reporting Services.
Publication samples and demos are available at the TMI booth.
