Telesis Management Corp. (Booth 519) subagents now have complete access to the company’s internal order management system, LOTS. Agents are able to track orders and service tickets, as well as view customers’ circuit inventory and billing history.
LOTS also allows subagents to access all carrier Extranets through a single portal so agents can download company information, pricing and paperwork. Telesis Management Corp. provides all back-office support, including scrubbing and submission of paperwork to carriers. Company executives say Telesis proactively monitors the provisioning of orders, and provides automatic updates to agents and their customers.
Telesis Management is demonstrating LOTS at its booth during the Channel Partners show. The company’s agent program includes residual commissions, carrier diversity and Extranet training, promotions and upfront bonuses.
