Large Credit Union Service Organization Taps Xpedite

Xpedite (Booth 431), the business unit of Ptek Holdings Inc., a provider of business communications services, has announced PSCU Financial Services will be offering Xpedite’s interactive alert/notification and collections solutions, enabled by Xpedite’s voiceREACH platform, in addition to Xpedite’s eStatement/eInvoicing Solution, as an extension of its customer outreach services.

PSCU Financial Services provides a broad array of financial services that include credit, debit, ATM and contact center solutions, along with Internet-based services, to its 500-plus member credit unions and more than 8 million cardholder accounts across the nation. The agreement between Xpedite and PSCU Financial Services enables member credit unions to use multiple communication channels and methods to communicate with their customers through personalized, secure voice messages, and e-mails with such information as credit card billing, PIN activation and late payment notifications.
