ILD Telecommunications Inc. (Booth 105) is giving demonstrations of its Conference Master platform, designed to help agents and resellers manage their businesses.
ILD, which provides enhanced long-distance services, recently completed development of the new Web platform to better serve customers and partners who use the company’s ROLLCALL conference call service.
The platform is known as Conference Master, and, says ILD, offers a faster and much higher level of account management and customer service to companies of all sizes throughout the country.
"The Conference Master platform offers new online, real-time features for our partners and customers," says ILD Executive Vice President Claes Holm. "For instance, the system now means same-day provisioning, unparalleled customer reporting, real-time generation of new accounts and a fully-branded partner Web site, along with the hourly export of billing data."
Using Conference Master, customers can set up new conference call users, obtain an e-mail list of conference attendees at the close of the conference and record a conference for later playback. ILD customers also have the ability now to activate and deactivate new accounts and PIN codes online. ILD says that because it uses its own operators and network facilities, it is able to offer the most competitive pricing in the conference calling arena.
