Audio, video and Web conferencing provider Enunciate Conferencing (Booth 437) has partnered with Globalive Communications, telecom solutions provider for niche markets. Together the companies will offer enhanced conferencing solutions for U.S. and Canadian customers.
The deal stipulates that Globalive will acquire up to 47 percent of Enunciate’s common stock, while Enunciate will assume management of Globalive’s Assemble Conferencing product in Canada. The companies say the partnership provides an excellent opportunity to promote Assemble in the United States. Enunciate says it will keep working to ensure that Canadian customers receive superior audio, Web and video conferencing service.
"I am thrilled to develop this partnership with Enunciate," says Anthony Lacavera, president and CEO of Globalive. "We are committed to supporting Enunciate in furthering its market lead position in Canada. Assemble customers will greatly benefit from Enunciate’s cutting-edge conferencing suite".
Meanwhile, Jeff Downs, president of Enunciate Conferencing, says, "Globalive’s financial strength and operating depth make them an ideal partner for Enunciate to advance our business plans. Enunciate is committed to continuing to provide the highest level of conferencing services available to the Canadian business market."
