ILD (Booth 207) says its new Conference Master offers a faster and higher level of account management and customer service and complements the company’s ROLLCALL conference call service.
"The Conference Master platform offers new online, real-time features for our partners and customers" says Claes Holm, ILD executive vice president. "For instance, the system now means same-day provisioning, unparalleled customer reporting, real-time generation of new accounts and a fully-branded partner Web site along with the hourly export of billing data."
Conference Master allows users to set up new conference call attendees, get an e-mail list of participants at the conference’s close and record a session for later playback. And, ILD says, customers now can activate and deactivate new accounts and PIN codes online.
Some of ILD’s other services include question and answer sessions, audience polling and transcriptions.
