C-CAMS Inc. (Booth 110) has closed a deal with Union Telephone, an ILEC serving Wyoming and parts of northern Colorado and Utah. Under the terms of the agreement, C-CAMS will provide Union Telephone with its full enterprise suite of customer care and service applications.
C-CAMS offers a scalable customer care solution which integrates with all convergent technologies, allowing users to provision and track service orders and capture all billable events immediately upon provisioning.
"C-CAMS offers Union Telephone several mission-critical advantages," says Rod Wilson, founder and architect of the application. "First, C-CAMS open architecture has the flexibility and scope to integrate all of Union Telephones various products. Plus, C-CAMS is well-suited for Union Telephones overall plan to meet the regulatory demands for number portability.
In addition, C-CAMS will support Union Telephones service order management activation, service order queuing, workflow management, PoS and e-customer care, providing online bill presentation and payment.
As part of its arrangement with Union Telephone, C-CAMS will integrate its solutions with products from Intec Telecom Systems, a mediation provider, and assist in the deployment of Union Telephone’s new OSS.
C-CAMS Inc. also operates as an ASP/MSP, with lease, purchase and lease-to-own programs available. The Irvine, Calif.-based company offers online demonstrations of C-CAMS, a white paper and systems evaluations which can identify work and cost efficiencies.
