CustomCall Data Systems (Booth 525) announces the release of version 1.0 of its new StreamLine WorkFlow Manager software product. StreamLine WorkFlow Manager allows companies to define, manage and automate their business processes in order to improve fulfillment intervals, reduce expenses and improve customer service, says the company. CustomCall says the product is seamless with CustomCall’s other applications, including the company’s flagship billing applications.
WorkFlow Manager can automate certain processes or interface with other software systems that can carry out specific functions. Thus, WorkFlow Manager becomes a central control point for monitoring and launching critical business functions. Billing information is populated automatically in CustomCall’s billing system upon completion.
In addition to task automation, WorkFlow Manager does not let orders slip through the cracks, and enables management to focus on exceptions or problem areas, says CustomCall. Every step of every transaction is logged for order history and customer order status, even if a particular order has to be handled manually.
CustomCall Data System provides billing solutions and back-office support systems to local exchange carriers, long-distance carriers, wireless service providers and Internet voice service providers.
