These questions were the focus of the keynote, "Secrets and Strategies of Evolving Channel Partners," sponsored by Verizon, at the Spring 2014 Channel Partners Conference and Expo in Las Vegas.

Led by moderator Larry Walsh of the 2112 Group, a roundtable discussion featured solutions providers that have transformed their operations, staffs and go-to-market strategies, tackling today's challenges and leveraging its opportunities.

In this segment, the panelists explain the strategies they developed and plans they implemented to bring about a successful transformation.
