As part of its Partnering 2020 research initiative, Channel Partners interviewed leaders in the information and communications technology (ICT) channel, including Brooks McCorcle, president of AT&T Emerging Business Markets, a new business unit that is essentially a startup within AT&T charged with identifying and developing new business models to drive growth in AT&T Business Solutions. As her first initiative, McCorcle has led the creation of an innovative channel program, AT&T Partner Exchange, which launched in 2013 to enable solution providers to develop customized offerings using AT&T's IP network, cloud and mobility solutions.
