Cloud Services Margin and Compensation Study 2011

A Report from the Channel Partners Cloud Convergence Council, a collaborative project of Channel Partners and The 2112 Group Channel Partners Cloud Convergence Council – a group of telecom and IT thought leaders – studied the issue of compensation and margins for channel partners selling cloud services as part of its phase II deliberations. The council polled telephony and IT partners during summer 2011. The results reveal an industry trying to define the optimal business and financial model for success in the cloud.
