CloudJumper, a workspace-as-a-service (WaaS) platform provider, is launching its new Channel Partner Program for MSPs, ISVs, agents and other IT service providers.
CloudJumper has more than 1,000 partners signed up with about 500 actively selling the WaaS offering. The company continues to add new partners at a steady pace.
CloudJumper opened in May as a spinoff of cloud-based application provider nGenx. CloudJumper has been using the nGenx partner program parameters and components, and has now launched its own program geared more toward the partners with which it wants to build relationships.
Max Pruger, CloudJumper’s chief sales officer, tells Channel Partners the program offers “disruptive" pricing and supports a wide array of partner types, including white-label partners, master MSPs and agents, ISVs, distributors, VARs and peer groups, “allowing our partners to pick the best partner program for their needs."
“Partners can also maximize their profit potential by mixing and matching programs to fit each individual end-user’s custom requirements," he said. “CloudJumper created an advisory council to provide feedback and feature requests that were incorporated into the partner program before rolling it out."
According to MarketsandMarkets, the global WaaS market is currently worth $7.47 billion and projected to register a 12.1 percent compound annual growth rate between 2015 and 2022. It is anticipated to reach a total global value of $18.37 billion by the end of 2022.
CloudJumper’s program includes a new partner portal for web-based quoting and ordering. Key features include: partner and customer analytics and monitoring: support integration with on-demand access to existing items and the ability to open new items; financial reporting with on-demand access to detailed billing information; service discounting based on account size; pricing estimates for new accounts; onboarding support; and white-label billing.
The program also offers a cloud marketing toolkit, deal registration, sales performance incentive funds (SPIFs) and marketing development funds, rebates specific to cloud sales or deployment success; business transformation training, a sales playbook and prospecting guide, and other benefits.
“With a 100 percent channel-focused business model, we have seen significant partner traction over the past 12 months," Pruger said. “Our disruptive technology and newly introduced channel partner program paves the path for impressive revenue opportunities as interest in WaaS accelerates. We invite IT service providers to join our team and experience the advantages of working with CloudJumper, a pioneer in this space."
“For IT service providers looking to counter the challenges of on-premise[s] computing solutions, CloudJumper provides a WaaS platform that eliminates the time and effort of maintaining software on thousands of employee devices, while enhancing service levels for clients," said Jim Lancaster, CTO of Sagiss.
