Masergy Intros Real-Time UC Analytics

Masergy Communications has made available a cloud-based analytics solution for enterprise unified communications. The new solution offers a dynamic dashboard with UCaaS performance metrics, which enables enhanced business planning through real-time analytics.

“Real-time analytics are critical for enterprises to identify and rapidly resolve business communication issues," said Tim Naramore, Masergy’s chief technology officer. “Masergy’s UCaaS Analyst gives customers visibility into essential data for strategic business planning and growth."

UCaaS Analyst is available free to all of Masergy’s unified communication customers.  Moving forward, Masergy says it will continue to improve UCaaS Analyst with enhanced administration and user control features. Since the solution is delivered from the cloud, all upgrades and new features are instantly available without the need for new software or hardware upgrades.
