Since so many smartphones are capable of doing similar things, it’s not often that we see something truly unique.

The HTC One (M8) is now available as an Android or a Windows phone from Verizon.Verizon Wireless announced on Tuesday that it’s offering the HTC One (M8) for Windows, marking the first time that a manufacturer’s high-end, flagship device is available on multiple operating systems.

The One, which has been a successful handset for the Taiwan-based manufacturer, made its debut as an Android device. Now you can get it with either Android or Windows operating systems.

Verizon’s new phone has a five-inch display; quad-core, 2.3GHz processor; 2GB of RAM; and 32GB of built-in storage.

The carrier says that small business owners can use their One (M8) as a point-of-sale device without making personal information available. Users can separate personal and professional information, creating distinct experiences for work and fun in a single device.
