IT sales is the place to be in the next few years.

Researcher MarketsandMarkets says the value of the IT services market will jump from a little more than $67 billion this year to more than $233 billion in 2019. North America is expected to be the largest market, with Europe and Asia Pacific experiencing significant increases in market traction.

The firm notes that benefits for telecom operators from IT services are “apparent and undeniable." Not only do they help operators reduce their expenditures but also enable them to deliver  telecommunication services effectively and efficiently. IT services also help operators to better understand customer expectations thus reducing churn and enhancing the customer experience.
