As part of the deal, HP will assume service delivery of a significant portion of Avaya’s Private Cloud Services while sales contracts, service level agreements and overall client experience will remain with Avaya. The partnership will create a communications solution that will have mobile applications, software, networking for unified communications and customer experience management, the companies said.
The Avaya-HP agreement is designed to address growing global demand for comprehensive, secure, reliable business collaboration solutions, delivered as a service.
