TNCI has named Sarah Graham Linares as its new vice president of revenue assurance and vendor relations.

Linares comes to TNCI from Globalinx. Prior to Globalinx, Linares worked for TMC Communications, which Globalinx bought four years ago.

"Sarah is a driven and hard-working individual who has valuable experience dealing in revenue assurance, IT management and vendor relations," said Jeff Compton, CEO and president of TNCI. "She has an incredible sense for effectively managing people and professional relationships."

Linares will oversee vendor relations, regulatory efforts, revenue assurance, analytics, pricing and usage product development.

TNCI is owned by Blue Casa.
