H20 Overgroup, Salestream Team on Integrated Solution

Saying they want to help turn quotes into customers, H20 Overgroup and Salestream Software have introduced a new “cloud connector." This integration provides what H20 Overgroup says is a touchless data transition between the telecom quoting and customer-order management applications of the two companies.

Noting that telecom providers, MSPs, VARs and agents often struggle with systems that are ineffective for delivering and fulfilling custom quotes to new customers, the H20-MasterStream Connector automates the flow of sales orders fulfilled in MasterStream directly into H2O's CRM and billing solution.

The companies say the Connector eliminates manual work required for order entry, saving time and reducing mistakes; enables higher volume order entry without added headcount; provides real-time visibility into approved quotes, work orders and customer accounts; and is designed for flexibility such as multilocation services, ICB packages and pricing.
