Intronis Inc. this week made a flurry of announcements for partners.
First, the company, which provides backup and data protection, introduced a new, flat-fee unlimited cloud and unlimited local storage pricing plan. The Intronis U2 Plan lets VARs and MSPs plan on fixed monthly costs, rather than per-gigabyte pricing that comes with storage limits.
“It no longer makes sense for our partners to be forced to justify the price of their services ‘by the gig’," said Rick Fault, CEO of Intronis. “Our partners will be able to focus on delivering valuable data protection services with a predictable monthly cost. This will generate a massive transformation in how our partners go to market, and create more opportunity to grow their revenues and profits."
Intronis this week also debuted the following:
- Partner toolkit: Provides marketing and sales material including rebrandable email templates, presentations, success stories, datasheets and a competitive matrix, as well as a checklist, invites and presentations for a “lunch & learn" event.
- Updated Knowledge Base: Includes documentation on software requirements, branding, installation, best practices, FAQs, troubleshooting, and a glossary of backup terms.
- Onboarding materials: Step-by-step information on set up and management of the Intronis Management Portal and administration of the Intronis ECHOplatform.
- Intronis University: The Intronis University is being created to provide partners with training to become certified Intronis partner technicians.
