Minnesota-based Enventis, a business and broadband communications provider, has launched some cloud services and expanded others.

The new services include cloud compute, data protection and cloud Wi-Fi, while the SingleLink hosted unified communications platform has been bulked up with features including video, contact center, visual voicemail, instant messaging, mobile applications and unified messaging.

Here’s more detail about the new products:

  • Cloud Compute lets users provision resources on demand using Enventis’s IT infrastructure. Cloud Compute ensures compliance with regulations including Safe Harbor, PCI, HIPAA and the HITECH Act
  • Data Protection is a managed platform with backup and disaster recovery that comes with support, training and reporting.
  • Cloud WiFi allows organizations to manage their Wi-Fi connectivity from the cloud, especially as more people bring their own devices to the network. Cloud WiFi has one dashboard with automated network monitoring and alerting.

Enventis used to be named HickoryTech. The company is a Cisco Gold Partner with a Master Cloud Builder Specialization.
