Latisys has expanded its managed security and professional services portfolio through a partnership with Alchemy Security.

Latisys – a hybrid cloud hosting and data center provider that sells through channel partners – now is using Alchemy’s virtual security operations center, unified security management platform and Open Threat Exchange as the basis for its Threat and Compliance Management Services (TCMS) offering.

That means enterprises have access to detection, analysis, prioritization and alerts on threats and vulnerabilities as they arise. Such capabilities are critical, as Gartner Inc. says more than 70 percent of breaches go undetected, and most organizations are failing to detect breaches early on.

TCMS meets regulatory requirements including PCI, HIPAA and Gramm-Leach-Bliley.
