New York City-based Vocal IP Networx is out with what it calls the industry's first natural-disaster tracking technology, delivering it as an extension of the company's iNOC platform.

Vocal IP says its iNOC (Intelligent Network Opportunity Center) allows its partners to receive real-time sales alerts related to businesses in their target markets. Natural-disaster alerts are one of many proprietary alert services provided exclusively to Vocal IP’s indirect channel.

“With the help of this new technology, Vocal IP partners will be able to take a proactive approach to helping businesses in and outside of their customer base safeguard their future from potential disasters," said Justin Chugg, VP of business development for Vocal IP Networx.

Vocal IP Networx boast’s the industry’s most robust disaster prevention platform thanks to our unique approach to customer continuity. With instant data and internet recovery solutions combined with true LAN optimization, Vocal IP customers enjoy unprecedented levels of reliability and service independent of what happens around them.

“Climate change is creating a major challenge for businesses," added Shirley AhSing, VP of sales at the IP telephony services provider. “We are not willing to sit back and let Mother Nature dictate the future of our partner’s customers. With the help of Vocal IP’s disaster prevention platform and natural disaster prediction service, we hope to significantly reduce the number of disaster related business failures in the marketplace."
