RadioShack wants your iPhone.

Once you get over the shock that RadioShack hasn't become the Blockbuster of the electronics world, keep in mind that you have to trade in your iPhone 4s to get the iPhone 5s for free, plus commit to a two-year contract with AT&T, Sprint or Verizon. There's also a $36 activation and upgrade fee, according to RadioShack's terms and conditions.

Or, if you really don't want to get rid of your iPhone 4s, you can buy a 16GB iPhone 5s for $99.

If you go for the trade-in option, RadioShack says your iPhone 4s has to meet eligibility requirements. In other words, no cracked screens.

"Product must power on and be in fully functional, working condition without broken/missing components, cracked display/housing or liquid damage, not be PIN locked, and include original chargers/accessories. Find My Phone app must be disabled," RadioShack says in the disclaimer on its promotions page.

RadioShack doesn't say how long the promotion lasts, but it did say sample appraisals are good through June 7. The promotion applies to online or in-store purchases.
