IaaS cloud provider Peak, which sells only through the channel, has added two more cloud points of presence in Telx data centers.

The new nodes reside in the Santa Clara, Calif., and Atlanta facilities.

As a result, Peak and Telx are offering a special incentive to customers establishing new cloud services. The following plan is available until June 30:

  • Free data transfer to Telx
  • Free bandwidth [10 Gbps] until all customer data are seeded in Peak's cloud
  • Free engineering help for migration planning

"[B]oth Telx customers and Peak partners can quickly migrate full production and backup environments directly to the cloud," said Dave Woodward, senior vice president of Sales for Peak.

Peak now operates cloud points of presence in 11 geographies and plans to add more throughout the year.
