ViaWest Grabs Former Level 3 Exec as Regional VP

ViaWest has appointed Tom Myers as its regional vice president and general manager of Texas. In this role, Tom will lead ViaWest’s growth in the Texas region working closely with customers and partners to provide infrastructure-as-a-service solutions to meet their changing IT requirements.

Prior to joining ViaWest, Myers was senior director for the Level 3 Communications' large enterprise segment. He was responsible for sales, client services and sales support for Fortune 1000 companies. Before that, he spent more than six years driving enterprise sales for Verizon Business.
