CHANNEL PARTNERSTransbeam (Booth 8022) is unveiling its first-of-a-kind wireless network backup solution.

Transbeam 4G/LTE Wireless Backup utilizes 4G/LTE wireless infrastructure to seamlessly connect an underlying wireless provider's network to Tranbeam’s core IP network. Transbeam 4G/LTE provides instantaneous and secure network backup, private IP failover and business continuity via a true Layer 2 wireless solution, nationwide, the company said.

“Transbeam 4G/LTE Wireless Backup is a Layer 2 solution, which enables ‘same IP’ failover and the ability to legitimately offer identical services and application failover in an outage. It’s instant, secure and seamless," said Marc Sellouk, founder and CEO of Transbeam.

Transbeam says key differentiators of its service include: support for an MPLS, private line or DIA connection; affordability; 24/7 technical (NOC) support; automatic failover; and much more.

Beyond the safeguards and efficiencies provided by a private layer 2 wireless backup solution, Transbeam 4G/LTE delivers the inherent diversity of an aerial connection versus a traditional, terrestrial, connection. What’s more, Transbeam 4G/LTE can be configured to provide last-mile connectivity to the company’s carrier customers.
