CHANNEL PARTNERS — SalesReach Software (Booth 4049) said it has added more capabilities to Clarity Telemanagement's existing SalesReach Telecom via the AppExchange platform.
Clarity Telemanagement earlier this year adopted the SalesReach Telecom system and now has added the ability for partners to check VoIP availability and pricing via the QuoteReach function.
“The SalesReach Telecom App for Salesforce.com with QuoteReach has enhanced and transformed the way we treat our channels partners on a daily basis," said Chris Mora, director of sales at Clarity Telemanagement. “In many of our channel partner environments, telecom sales professionals were waiting hours or days to get the quotes they need to deliver pricing from multiple vendors. This created a much slower sales cycle for our channel partners to prospect and close business in the marketplace."
But now, with the SalesReach Telecom App, the information is "generated in real-time, which has increased sales for Clarity Telemanagement and all of our valued partners," Mora said.
SalesReach Telecom transforms Salesforce.com into a full system for telecom agents and carriers, supporting workflow processes including lead, account, contact and opportunity management, and more. All functions run on the Salesforce.com cloud with enhancements by SalesReach Telecom.
