CHANNEL PARTNERS — Pacnet (Booth 8019 and a show sponsor) has promoted Jason Kitzmiller to director of channel sales. In his new role he will focus on growing revenue and developing and managing relationships with agents in North America.
Kitzmiller joined Pacnet in 2013 as part of the company’s growth strategy in North America. Over the last twelve months, Pacnet has focused additional resources to serve the demand for U.S.-based companies expanding their operations and reach into the Asia Pacific Region. Kitzmiller will work as part of Pacnet’s Enterprise Markets organization.
Pacnet’s portfolio includes MPLS and Ethernet international private line services supported with network points-of-presence (PoPs) throughout the Asia-Pacific region, with interconnected data centers in most major markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and China. The company operates the largest sub-sea cable system with over 28,000 miles of fiber and also offers dedicated Internet and IP transit services.
