Business phone systems provider Fonality wants to increase its channel-generated revenue to more than 50 percent of overall business this year alone, and has debuted a resource to help it achieve that goal.
“This is the year of the partner for Fonality," said Daryl Reva, director of product and channel marketing for Fonality.
With that in mind, the company has launched a new online community for its partners.
The portal, called Fonality Partner Exchange, gives VARs, integrators, agents and other indirect sales experts access to subject matter experts and content in sales, marketing, support, product, engineering and operations. It also lets partners connect with one another to ask and answer questions, and share best practices.
Fonality Partner Exchange is available for iOS and Android devices so partners may refer to it while visiting clients.
