CHANNEL PARTNERS — Digium Inc. (Booth 8027) said today it has expanded its Cloud Agent program to offer more levels and greater flexibility for master agents and subagents.
To that point, Acuity Technology and Clarus Communicaitons are the first two master agents to sign up to offer Digium's Switchvox cloud unified communications phone system.
“Digium joined the rapidly growing UC-as-a-Service market in 2012 and launched a Cloud Agent program in early 2013, which resulted in rapid growth of Switchvox Cloud," said Jim Butler, Digium's director of global channel sales. "The expansion of our Cloud Agent program offers multiple levels of participation and entitlements attractive to various telephony agents."
The program levels are Master Agent, Premier Agent and Subagent. Master Agents manage partners and subagents who sell services to business customers. Recurring evergreen commissions are paid to master agents directly by Digium. Premier Agents provide Digium services to business customers and receive recurring evergreen commissions directly from Digium. Subagents provide Digium services to business customers and receive recurring commissions from a Digium Master Agent.
Digium Cloud Agents get access to Digium sales leads, product promotions, marketing resources and free online training. Cloud Agents also have access to all Digium products.
