ConnectMeVoice Solution Gets Upgrade
February 27, 2014 - News

CHANNEL PARTNERS — Hosted VoIP and SIP trunk provider ConnectMeVoice (Booth 4049) now supports automatic selection and instant provisioning of local phone numbers, with an automatic selection system.

The company says this will work for all area codes in the U.S. and most in Canada. The feature works hand-in-hand with the ConnectMeVoice suite of inbound and outbound call-center features.

ConnectMeVoice says automatic selection provides greater flexibility and valuable time saved for call centers when compared to manual selection.

"ConnectMeVoice is fully committed to providing the most cost-effective features for any size call center. We have focused on providing world-class inbound call center features, and now, in addition to our integration with leading CRM tools, we can also add critical functionality for local number selection," said Scott Seltzer, president and founder of ConnectMeVoice.
