Vocal IP Networx, an ISP and IP telephony services provider, this week launched an up-selling tool for partners.
The business intelligence platform is available through the company's partner portal. It tracks potential weather disasters, server failures, address changes, new head count and more so that partners may show existing and potential customers how to plan a disaster recovery strategy and prevent downtime.
There is no limit to the number of users or records that can be tracked.
