PowerNet Global has released PowerConnect, which the company says offers a more cost-effective method for businesses to privately connect to its global network.

PowerConnect comes with the support and backing of a U.S.-based, 24/7 network operations center to maximize reliability. This service also offers advantages in scalability and flexibility, PowerNet Global said.

“This is really the technology for the next generation," said Jill Warren, network services director at PowerNet Global. “Because this product was designed to integrate with existing services, many of the legacy technologies are becoming obsolete. More and more businesses transition to this kind of voice solution, and they’re seeing the cost, productivity and efficiency benefits of this type of service for their organizations. Customers rely on secure communications, and PowerConnect delivers that without a complicated architecture or a hefty price tag."
